Return Process

  Log into your SaturdayClub account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
